Dear hopeful reader,
Thank you for visiting my Substack when hope writes and giving it a chance. My mission with this newsletter is to explore the human condition in a vulnerable, genuine way. The good, the bad, the ugly, the beautiful, the not-so-simple—all the complexities, layers, and nuances of what makes us human.
My hope is for us to collectively ponder on humanity, perhaps change our minds about our profoundly rooted perspectives, or at the very least accept different opinions and challenge them with healthy debates and discussions. To offset the heaviness, I’ll also write about video games, films and TV shows, books, literature, and other related and unrelated stuff.
If that’s something you think will resonate with you, please subscribe to me and share when hope writes with your loved ones. A lot of the content will be free. Some of it won’t be because I’ll share some deeply personal thoughts and experiences, or I’ll publish essays that were thoroughly researched and worked on. Either way, I’m grateful for you taking on this journey with me and supporting me.
For this first post, I want to share my unpublished found poem “Triptych: Breathing and Dreaming Life.” The source material is Under the Ivy: The Life & Music of Kate Bush by Graeme Thomson. I highly recommend reading it if you want to know a bit more about the personal life of the phenomenal, secretive, elusive Kate.
This found poem celebrates Kate Bush’s brilliant work. It took a year to make. Hopefully it embodies how her music feels when you listen to it, how she works when she composes her songs.

Which Kate Bush songs you feel are hidden in this found poem? What are your favorite songs by her? I look forward to hearing from you!
Yours hopefully,
Nadia
Although I'm not familiar with her work, I do love Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)!
I’m not super familiar with Kate bush, but songs whose names I don’t know from The Dreaming did pop into my head, and it’s an amazing album
