I've recently started to appreciate the art of 'film making', photos, videos--all things visual--when I bought a drone and started taking pictures. At first they didn't come out the way they thought I would, so I started struggling, learning, and discovered there's an art and a science to it all. I can't even imagine the incredible complexity, attention to detail, and incredible creativity required to make a film or a movie, even taking a photo with my drone is pretty overwhelming. But I have definitely fallen in love with youtube, youtube videos, interviews, and particularly Casey Neistat's film making applied to daily vlogs.
He has a few videos where he breaks down how he makes his daily vlogs, and I found those absolutely fascinating. Coupled with watching some of his most interesting films, I can watch him all day on any subject now.
That's so cool, Joaquin! Thank you for sharing your experience with taking photographs with a drone. I've only ever played with a drone, but take photographs, that must be even more difficult!
Thanks Nadia for having me as a guest😁😁
It is my pleasure, Alessandro! Thank you for your thoughtful essay!
Ah yes, imposter syndrome. Any creative person one time or another exhibits or goes through phases of this, to some degree.
Indeed, a natural creative process!
I feel like it is an ongoing struggle for some, if not most. Especially when reaching new milestones or taking on new challenges.

It’s definitely something that requires a lot of practice, like all art forms! Thanks for sharing Joaquin.
I never got into Casey Neistat but maybe it’s about time I check him out :)

I’ll definitely check him out. Thanks again :)

At first I thought it was easy, straight forward, then once I got into it and learned more about it, the more I realize it's an art in its own right.
Oh for sure!
